Kristen Storino has vast experience in all aspects of property management.

Prior to joining Matthew Adam Properties as an Asset Manager, she managed large complexes, supervised construction projects and oversaw renovations.

She was a project coordinator for Columbia University managing contractors in the renovation and repair of more than 1,400 graduate student apartments and coordinating building operations for 39 properties with 1.2 million square feet of space, more than 1,800 residents and 65 employees.

Additionally, at a mid-sized construction company, she served as assistant project manager supervising the construction and closeout of five mid-rise residential properties in New York including the first LEED-Gold building in Harlem. She also served as a project coordinator overseeing projects from start to finish, including preparing bids.

Kristen received a certificate on completion in LEED given for General Contractors and Construction Managers by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Additionally, she is a Certified Lead Abatement Supervisor by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.

She has a B.A. in Art History from the City College of New York.
