Martin Traum, an Executive Vice President, exudes energy and enthusiasm for his job. Being compulsive also helps. Those are the keys to Marty’s success in the more than 25 years he has been managing residential properties. He avidly communicates with his property’s board and tenants to provide the best service possible and find effective solutions to any problem.
Earlier in his career, Marty helped managed the conversions of more than 40 buildings to co-op and condominium ownership.
"I really enjoy what I do because every day is different,” he says. "I like being on the front lines”. He says his best quality is that he can relate to people and that he can solve problems. Before becoming an account representative, Marty worked for the New York City Housing Authority as a management supervisor. He is a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM).
