In his more than 30 years in real estate, Shafiq Ahmed, Matthew Adam Properties’ Controller, has acquired solid finance skills. He brings to every task characteristics that are essential for his job.
"I’m a detail person and very organized," Shafiq says. At Matthew Adam Properties, Shafiq works on the finances of properties managed by the company. This includes supervising the preparation of monthly statements and special projects. He is also involved in the annual long-range budget processes. Shafiq has degrees in accounting and physics.
